  • Jeep unveiled the Wrangler Rubicon 492 Final Edition, which is powered by a V-8 engine.
  • Mopar accessories, bronze highlights, and unique commemorative plaques are features of the Final Edition.
  • There will only be 3700 units built overall, with a starting price of $101,890.

The 2024 Jeep Wrangler V8 is retiring with a bang, as that is the only way it knows how to go. The 2024 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition, a limited-edition farewell to the most formidable factory Wrangler ever, was just unveiled by Jeep. It is not a surprise that it is extremely expensive, starting at a whopping $101,890; this enormous amount grants you access to a plethora of accessories and visual enhancements, as well as the honor of being one of the 3700 fortunate individuals who possess the final 2024 Jeep Wrangler V8.

The front fender vents and hood are first treated with decals, and the 17-inch bronze-finished bead lockable wheels complete the package. Along with Mopar rock sliders, a grille protector, and a winch as standard equipment, Jeep also comes with a 0.5-inch suspension elevation kit that increases ground clearance to 11.5 inches. Gold stitching and black Nappa leather accent the interior, which also includes a plaque and shifter medallion designating this as a Final Edition vehicle. Jeep also includes an 83-piece toolset and a fold-out table.

As with all Wrangler Rubicon 392s, the Final Edition boasts a 470-hp 6.4-liter V-8 engine as standard, paired with 35-inch BF Goodrich all-terrain tires. In our tests, a 2024 Wrangler 392 Rubicon reached 60 mph in a surprising 4.0 seconds, but its abysmal 13 mpg score in our real-world 75-mph highway fuel economy is certainly ample reason for why it’s not sticking around for much longer.

According to Jeep, a total of 3700 Final Edition vehicles will be produced. Of them, 3300 are going to the United States, 300 are going to Canada, and 100 are going to foreign markets. If you’re looking to spend six figures on what might wind up being the most over-the-top Wrangler ever, orders are open now.
