2025 Polestar 4: In anticipation of the launch of the 2025 Polestar 4 SUV, which will expand Polestar’s selection by a factor of one, the business has just released the whole pricing breakdown. The entry-level Long-range single-motor model, which has a rear-drive powertrain and produces 253 pound-feet of torque and 272 horsepower, is priced at $56,300.
Customers have a choice between single- and dual-motor models; trims with a single motor have rear-wheel drive, while models with two motors have all-wheel drive. The base price rises to $64,300 when all-wheel-drive variants are selected. In addition to drivetrain options, Polestar offers four Packs to choose from: Pilot, Pro, Plus, and Performance. The Plus Pack is an additional $5500, while the Pilot or Pro packages cost an additional $1500 or $2000, respectively. Only the long-range, dual-motor Polestar 4 is compatible with the Performance Pack, which raises the price to $74,300 when combined with the Plus pack.
On dual-motor vehicles, the Pilot Pack is a standard feature that adds lane-change assistance and pilot aid to the list of driver assistance features. The Pro Pack swaps out the standard 20-inch wheels for a set of 21-inch Pro wheels, as well as a special set of seatbelts and valve stem caps. 22-inch forged wheels, Brembo brake calipers, performance tires, unique gold seatbelts, and valve stem caps are all included in the Performance Pack.
No matter the power designation used, all Polestar 4 models are dubbed “Long Range” and have a 94.0-kWh battery that can charge at up to 200 kW DC and 11 kW AC. Polestar aims to have an estimated range of over 300 miles according to the EPA. Polestar 4s with dual motors have all-wheel drive and 536 horsepower, while single-motor models have an electric motor producing 268 horsepower that powers the back wheels. Polestar plans to commence taking orders in late April 2024, with delivery scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of the same year.
