Tata Harrier and Safari Safety Rating: Tata Motors has tested the new generation of Tata Harrier and Safari in an India NCAP crash test. Tata Harrier and Safari, on the other hand, were already sent to Global NCAP, where they received a five-star safety certification.
Bharat NCAP Rating
The Indian market saw the launch of Bharat NCAP some time ago. Furthermore, we won’t have to ship cars to a foreign security institution for testing. The India NCAP will adhere to the same guidelines and standards as the Global End Cap. Additionally, Tata Harrier and Safari have received a five-star safety rating by these criteria.

Tata Harrier And Safari Safety features
Comparable safety features are installed in both cars. The superb OMEGARC design, which is derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform, serves as the foundation for the Harrier and Safari. Furthermore, it is equipped with the best ADAS technology, which offers functions like adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, traffic jam assist, blind spot monitoring system, adaptive braking, return to the line, a departure from line warning, and driver attention.
In addition, it has a 360-degree camera, seven airbags, tire pressure monitoring, electronic stability control, hill haul aid, hill descent control, traction control, and an ISOFIX fixed child seat mount seat, among other safety features.
Tata Harrier And Safari Engine
The engines that power both SUVs are comparable. 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine producing 350 Nm of torque and 168 horsepower. There is a six-speed manual and a six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox available for this engine option. It is anticipated that gasoline engines will also be available in 2024.
